4 drug addicts arrested in Nandigram police anti-drug drive

Four drug addicts have been arrested in an anti-drug drive by Nandigram Police Station. According to Nandigram Police Station, on the orders of Nandigram Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Anwar Hossain, SI Md. Khairul Islam, ASI Md. Aminul Islam, ASI Md. Mintur Rahman, ASI Md. Sadrul Hasan and ASI Md. Rezek Ali, along with a joint force, arrested Chamsur Rahman (48), son of the deceased Sader Ali, of Chakalma Madhyapara, Bhatgram Union No. 5, on March 19 (Saturday) at around 9:30 pm on the basis of secret information. On the other hand, in a separate operation, Ariful Islam (28), son of the late Ibrahim, Abdul Aziz (20), son of the late Abu Taleb, and Abir Hossain (24), son of Rubel Uddin, conducted a raid on the north bank of the pond of Md. Chamsur Rahman in Chakalma village of Bhatgram union. All the accused were sent to the learned court today.
