The previous committee of the Nandigram United Press Club of Bogra has been dissolved and a new committee has been announced. The committee was announced at a discussion meeting at Bogra Hotel Park on Saturday (December 4) afternoon.
The meeting was presided over by renowned journalist Mirza Selim Reza, editor of the Daily Mahasthan. A nine-member committee was announced with Md. Abu Sayeed, a journalist of the national daily Bangladesh Samachar and Daily Mahasthan, as the president and Sheikh Farid Uddin, a journalist of the Daily Muktabarta, as the general secretary.
Other members of the announced press club are: Vice President Md. Abdul Gafur (National Daily Alokit Sakal), Joint-General Editor Md. Abdul Ahad (National Daily Lakho Kontha), Organizing Secretary Md. Emdadul Haque (National Daily Chouks), Office Secretary Md. Shahin Alam Saju (National Daily Bhorer Chetna), Publicity Secretary Md. Shafiul Alam (Palli TV), Finance Secretary Abu Taher (Daily Sama Barta), Member Md. Maznur Rahman, National Daily Sangbad Saradesh.
