128 homeless families in Nandigram receive houses as Prime Minister's Eid gift

Nandigram (Bogra) Representative: 128 homeless families in Nandigram, Bogra are receiving houses as an Eid gift from the Prime Minister, Nandigram Upazila Executive Officer Shifa Nusrat said this at today's press conference held at Nandigram Upazila Parishad Hallroom Bhadrabati.
Today, Sunday at 11 am in the Upazila meeting room, 128 families in Nandigram are going to get houses as Eid gifts under the Ashrayan Project-2 on April 26 as a gift from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for Eid. On that occasion, the Upazila administration organized a press conference. Present at the press conference were Upazila Project Implementation Officer Md. Abu Taher, Upazila Parishad Vice Chairman Dulal Chandra Mahanta, 3rd Bhatra Union Chairman Morshedul Bari, former Upazila Press Club President Md. Fazlur Rahman, Nandigram Upazila Online Press Club President M. R. Zaman Russell, along with leaders of the Press Club and journalists working in various newspapers.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer Shifa Nusrat, in response to a question from journalists, said that houses are being given to 128 families in Nandigram as an Eid gift from the Prime Minister after thorough verification. At the press conference, the UNO invited journalists to visit the houses on site.
When Nazma Begum, who received the house gifted by the Prime Minister, went to Chala Fulgari village of Bhatra Union No. 3 to inspect the site, she said, "We don't have any residence, brother, we have been building a house on the next place for so long. But we are very happy that the Prime Minister has given us a house as an Eid gift, brother, we pray for the honorable Prime Minister. May Allah grant him a good life."
