Sheikh Hasina's instructions to the leaders to prepare for the upcoming parliamentary elections

Honorable Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina has given directions to the party's top leaders and activists to prepare for the upcoming 12th National Parliament elections. General Secretary of the party Obaidul Quader told the media.
Mr. Obaidul Quader, the general secretary of the party, said this in a press briefing with journalists at the main gate of the Awami League after the meeting of the Awami League's executive parliament at the Prime Minister's official residence, Ganabhaban, on Thursday, September 9.
Obaidul Quader said, party president Sheikh Hasina has ordered to formulate our economic policy in order to prepare for the next election. The sub-committees have been directed to update the issues to be included in the manifesto to be announced for the next elections through the seminars of various sub-committees of the party.
He said that he (the leader) heard the speech of eight organizational secretaries of eight departments in the executive council meeting. The organizing secretary of Chittagong division is not in the country, there the joint general secretary Mahabubul Alam Hanif presented the political picture of Chittagong division in his speech. The other leaders of the responsible departments have themselves written reports on the eight departments to the party president Sheikh Hasina. The responsible leaders presented the report before the leader stating the political picture up to the Union Ward of their area.
The general secretary of Awami League also said that where there are organizational problems, which need to be solved, the party president has given instructions. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has ordered to settle some minor disputes.
