A notification in this regard has been issued yesterday from the cabinet department. The adviser of the Ministry of Planning has been made the Vice Chairperson and the members of the Planning Commission have been made members of this Commission. The Commission's mandate includes reviewing the overall economic situation of the country, finalizing the draft Annual Development Program (ADP) and Revised Annual Development Program (RADP) for submission to the National Economic Council for approval. To guide the implementation review and updating of short, medium and long term plans for submission to the National Economic Council. Reviewing important issues involved in the implementation of the National Plan and resolving inter-ministerial differences on important strategic issues of the National Plan.
