Youth dies due to lightning in Nandigram

Mamun Ahmed, Staff Reporter A young man named Putu Mia (38) died after being struck by lightning while grazing cows in a field in Nandigram upazila of Bogra. The incident occurred at around 12:30 pm today, Friday (July 1) in the field of Gosail village in Bhatgram union of Nandigram upazila. Putu Mia is the son of the deceased Wes Uddin of Gosail village. It is learned that Putu Mia was grazing cows in a field in Nandigram upazila.
