2 businessmen fined by mobile court in Nandigram, Bogra

Mamun Ahmed. (Staff Reporter) A mobile court has fined two businessmen under the Consumer Rights Protection Act in Nandigram, Bogra. On Sunday (March 20) afternoon, the mobile court of Upazila Executive Officer and Executive Magistrate Shifa Nusrat fined the owner of a grocery store named Shishir Store at Nandigram bus stand Rs 1,000 and another grocery store named Shahadat Store Rs 1,000 under the Consumer Rights Act.

According to the information received, Taijul Islam, son of the deceased Haytullah Pvt. of Dhakwir village in Nandigram municipality, whose land register number is 1,081, Khatian number 558, MRR number 73, has been enjoying 15 percent of the land in Dhakwir mouza for a long time.
