According to the forecast, Rangpur, Dinajpur, Rajshahi, Pabna, Bogra, Tangail, Mymensingh, Comilla, Noakhali, Chittagong, Cox's Bazar and Sylhet regions are subject to rain or thunderstorms from the south or south-east direction at a speed of 45 to 60 kmph.
The river ports in these areas have been asked to show warning signal number 1.
