Nandigram police station arrested 6 people

In a raid by Nandigram Police Station, 2 people have been arrested in drug cases and 4 in gambling cases and sent to Bogra Court Jail. Nandigram Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Anwar Hossain confirmed the information. According to the police station, based on a secret tip-off, on the orders of Nandigram Police Station (OC) Anwar Hossain, SI Md. Chan Mia and MCI Md. Abul Kalam Azad, along with a joint force, arrested Selim Hossain (34), son of the deceased Abu Samad of Nandigram Collegepara, and Rabiul Islam (23), son of Nur Alam of Katham Paschimpara, along with 3 cannabis plants from an abandoned place behind the yogurt factory of Bismillah Hotel in Katham Beragari, Bhatgram Union No. 5 of the upazila at 5 pm last Saturday. On the other hand, based on secret information, the Nandigram Police Station, along with SI (retd) Md. Nur Alam, SI (retd) Shah Sultan Md. Humayon Kabir, ASI (retd) Md. Sadrul Hasan and ASI (retd) Md. Aminul Islas, arrested Bablu Fakir's son Ujjal Hossain (30), Sekender Fakir's son Firoz Fakir (40), Fazlul Haque Bachchu (50), son of the late Kader Fakir, and Saheb Ali (48), son of the late Yusuf Ali, while they were gambling on the east side of Jamal Hossain's tea shop in Kalikapur village of Ward No. 1 of the municipality at 8 pm last Saturday. All the accused have been sent to the learned court. Today, the accused have been sent to the learned court.
