Six people, including the accused in a murder case, were arrested in a drive by the police in Nandigram, Bogra. Sub-Inspector (SI) Khairul Islam of the police station, along with his team, conducted a drive in Dhaka on Wednesday night and arrested the accused in the murder case, Abdul Mannan, son of Anis Hossain of Damgara village in the upazila, and Moazzem Hossain, son of Maqbul Hossain. In addition, the officer-in-charge (OC) of the police station, Anwar Hossain, led a drive in different areas of the upazila and arrested the accused in the arrest warrant, Shahidul Islam, son of Abul Hossain of Bhatgram, Abu Raihan, son of Zahidul Islam of Shashinagar village, Muju Pramanik, son of Insan Ali of Nizamat Kuri village, and Fazlur Rahman, son of Rahim Uddin Mondal of Teghri Mondalpara. Nandigram police station, officer-in-charge (OC) Anwar Hossain said that all the arrested accused have been sent to the learned court today.
