The joint initiative of the administrators has come to a new pace in preventing dengue, said the local government, rural development and sambath State Minister Mir Shahe Alam said that along with government initiatives to ensure dengue, the collective participation of the city corporation, voluntary organizations, educational institutions and the common people should be ensured.
He said these things at the meeting of the task force committee formed to prevent dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases held on the online platform in the conference room of the local government department at the secretariat on Tuesday (July 21).
The state minister said that the cleaners of the city corporation should play a more virtuous and active role, while citizens should be aware of their homes, educational institutions, buildings under construction and the surrounding environment.
He emphasized on conducting operations built in construction and strengthening awareness programs to prevent dengue in educational institutions, especially in buildings under construction.
Mir Shahe Alam said that prevention of dengue treatment is the most effective in preventing the destruction of the origin of the Aedes mosquito larvae and the cleanliness should be strengthened.
The Minister of State listened to the speeches of the administrators of the city corporations and informed about the ongoing activities to prevent dengue, he gave necessary guidance to make the activities more coordinated and productive in the light of the practical experience of the field.
He said that the administration of the administrators in the city corporations under the Prime Minister's visionary leadership has created new activities in the field parameters. The sincerity, devotion and integrated initiative of the administrators has brought new momentum in the prevention of dengue activities. Along with government initiatives, voluntary organizations, educational institutions and local people are being entitled to expand awareness activities.
