In Bogra's Nandigram, a complaint has been received against the construction of a building in the municipal headquarters in defiance of the court order. The younger sister Sajeda Bibi made this complaint against her brother Afzal Hossain of Purbapara of Ward No. 8 of the municipality. Yesterday, on Friday, she complained that the Nandigram Thana Asst. Civil Case 120/22 (Distribution) was filed in the Court of Judges. Defendant Afzal Hossain tried to seize the property even though the case was pending in the court. In this regard, the plaintiff of the case Sajeda Bibi complained to the court of senior assistant judge. On April 24, Assistant Judge Abhijit Sarkar Subrata gave a temporary restraining order to the defendant Afzal Hossain in order No. 2. The OC of the police station was directed to take necessary action. However, the defendants are forcibly constructing the building in defiance of the court order. When the plaintiff and the defendant tried to stop it, there was a commotion. The plaintiff in the case alleged that even after informing the police station, they did not take legal action. Afzal Hossain, the defendant in the case, could not be contacted for comment. In this context, Nandigram Police Station Officer-in-charge (OC) Md. Anwar Hossain said that the construction work is going on at the spot. There is no ban on that spot. Plaintiff called on Union Parishad election day, I was busy at that time.
